Mr. Dilger was appointed Chief Operating Officer in November 2008. He oversees each of Pembina’s four business units and is responsible for ensuring a safe and environmentally responsible operation. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Dilger served as Pembina’s Vice President, Business Development between 2005 and 2008.
Prior to Pembina, Mr. Dilger worked as a senior executive in various finance and business development positions in oil & gas and infrastructure organizations ranging from initial capitalization phase enterprises to the subsidiaries of multi-national corporations, including Nova Corporation and TransCanada Pipelines. His expertise includes corporate and strategic development, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as finance and business development.
Mr. Dilger has been a Chartered Accountant since 1989 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. He is President and Chairman of the Calgary Speed Skating Association, a not-for-profit organization that he has served since 2007.
Mr. Dilger also serves as a Director of Trilogy Energy, a Canadian publicly traded entity, since 2005, where he is also Chairman of the Health, Safety & Environment Committee. |
