Canada's Top 100 Employers 2020

We are incredibly proud to be recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers.

In addition to Pembina’s longstanding position as one of Alberta’s Top Employers, we were named one of the country’s best employers in the 2020 competition.

Now entering its 21st year, the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project is a national competition to determine which employers lead their industries in offering exceptional workplaces for their employees.

The criteria is tough, asking that employers excel in multiple categories, from providing opportunities for training and career advancement to family-friendly benefits that are redefining how people want to live and work today.

Here are some of the reasons why Pembina was selected as one of Canada's Top 100 Employers (2020):
