Every year, we celebrate employees who embody our values through the RISE Awards (Recognizing Individuals who Show Excellence). This program honors the individuals who go above and beyond to make Pembina a great place to work, grow, and thrive.
All employees are invited to nominate teammates who demonstrate safety, trustworthiness, respect, collaboration, and entrepreneurial thinking. Winners are selected in five categories: the CEO Award, Keeping Us Safe Award, Community Impact Award, Driving Success Award, and Team Player Award and are recognized at our annual Fall townhall.
