2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
Pembina's annual meeting of shareholders will be held virtually on Friday, May 9, 2025 at 2:00 pm MT.
Pembina is using notice and access to deliver our 2025 notice of meeting and management information circular (circular) and other proxy-related materials (meeting materials) to registered shareholders and beneficial shareholders (together, the shareholders) by providing online access instead of mailing paper copies.
Notice and Access
Notice and Access is a method for delivering meeting materials by posting them online and sending shareholders a notice with information on accessing the materials electronically.
This approach is an efficient, cost-effective and environmentally sustainable way to communicate with our shareholders as it reduces printing, paper and mailing costs.
