Ian Balfour is Senior Vice President, Project Delivery and Technical Excellence at Pembina Pipeline Corporation.
In this role, he oversees Technical Services & Supply Chain, an integrated portfolio that strengthens alignment and execution across our operations, as well as Safety and Engineering & Construction.
Ian joined Pembina in 2010 and has served as Vice President, Gas and NGL Services and held numerous positions in other senior roles in Customer Service, Logistics, Business Development and Legal.
Before joining Pembina, Ian was a Tax Associate at a leading Canadian Law Firm where he focused primarily on domestic and international taxation matters including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganizations and resource taxation.
Ian has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of British Columbia.
