Pembina Pipeline to construct 85,000 square foot Operations Centre in Sherwood Park, Alberta

New facility demonstrates Pembina's commitment to the community and to safe, reliable and responsible operations

SHERWOOD PARK, ABApril 10, 2014 /CNW/ - Pembina Pipeline Corporation ("Pembina" or the "Company") (TSX: PPL) (NYSE: PBA) is proud to announce the construction of a new 45,000 square foot office in Sherwood Park, Alberta to facilitate the Company's continued growth plans.

The new facility, which is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2015, will be located in the Buckingham Business Park on the corner of Lakeland Drive and Buckingham Drive. In addition to office space, the footprint will contain 40,000 square feet of warehouse space. Dubbed as Pembina's Sherwood Park Operations Centre, the facility will consolidate all of Pembina's regional operations into a single campus.

Today, Company executives and local officials commemorated the beginning of Pembina's 14-month construction period for the Sherwood Park Operations Centre with a ceremonial groundbreaking celebration.
